Ramona Lara has been providing exceptional customer service for more than 20 years, with more than 15 of those years in the legal industry. She has extensive experience in civil, criminal and family law having begun her career over 20 years ago in a firm specializing in real estate development and construction law. She spent more than 10 years at the First Judicial District Court in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  Her division managed a civil docket of more than 2500 cases a year. During her career she has supported  legal proceeding in real estate development, construction law, water rights, estate planning, wealth planning, land development law, domestic violence, family, civil, and criminal dockets civil litigation and cases involving workers’ compensation Law

Ramona’s main goal is to provide the highest level of support to the attorneys at PWR to ensure that they can remain focused on their clients. Her personal philosophy is to always go above and beyond what is expected so that others can be the best they can. When not at work Ramona can be found running, swimming, and spending time with her 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
